Stages of Transport Process Execution

We conduct a conversation with the potential client, getting to know their needs and expectations regarding the transportation service. We inquire about the dimensions and weight of the cargo, as well as the transport execution deadline. Based on this, we can estimate a cost estimate, which we present to the service recipient. If all elements of our offer are satisfactory to the client, we conclude an agreement. Based on the received guidelines, we develop a cargo transport schedule - we determine the time and place of loading/pickup, as well as assign a driver and vehicle to a given order. A dedicated forwarder oversees the entire transport process for each client and informs the client about its subsequent stages. Then the cargo is picked up and secured by both the loader and our drivers. In case of any irregularities, the drivers immediately report the situation to the dispatch, and the dispatch to the client. At the unloading location, the condition of the cargo is verified, and then it is unloaded. Upon completion of the order execution, documents along with the invoice for transport are sent by mail to the client
